I would like to see a bill stating that people like you (and me, when I was unemployed) who withdraw from our retirement accounts are at least not penalized for early withdrawals. Believe me, if we had other income, we would not have withdrawn from our retirement accounts!

This country needs a progressive third party candidate VERY badly.
