Last night in England

Last night I dreamed I was in London with some family and friends and while there, in my dream, I had a memory of the last time we were there, which I'm fairly certain was a separate dream, I had a while ago.  So, in my dream, I remembered a former dream and experienced it as a real memory.  Who knows?  Kinda trippy.

Maybe I was. I haven't thought of travelling while I sleep in years. I remember I always wanted to and remember reading that you rise above your sleeping body and can see a thread of light connecting you to to your sleeping self and then off you go. "Jonathon Livingston Seagull" among other things. That's never happened.

And those are the mornings I usually wake up exhausted. I'm tellin' ya, even astral traveling takes a lot out of you.
