California's UI System (typically filed over the telephone) crashed a few times. They were in the news constantly at the beginning of 2009 when people couldn't get through on the phones to file their claims. I hate this/these ads because there are so many people who are not internet savvy. I see this in my office where things have gotten so computerized that some people if not willing to ask for help can no longer access the services they need.
Ummmm....yes, they are not working, they should have plenty of time to do what is required. :)
