I've always been assertive too, but it's bitten me in the ass down the road when the guy isn't doing his share of calling and asking. I'm at a point where I want a confident guy who is able to ask me out on a date. Greg, from above, did that then disappeared. The other guy, can't even pose the question. Fortunately, I'm not all that interested in either one of them to pursue, ask the question, set the time and place. And I don't want to do that, fresh out of the gate. Down the road, sure. I guess it's a quality I'm looking for. I want more of an equal partner/friend.
