The unemployment fiasco sounds like a nightmare. Here in New York we certify online and have the option of receiving our money through direct deposit. It's far less stressful that way.
I have had to call a couple of times to straighten out things, and every time I have reached someone who is both knowledgeable and helpful. The wait times are long--usually 15 minutes--but at least things get resolved at the end.
