Sounds like an interesting time. I think I would have felt overwhelmed, and definitely would have wanted a friend with me. I think I'm getting a little burned out, though, on "trying" to find someone, and may take a break. I'll still go out to events planned by the singles groups I'm involved with, if they appeal to me, but I'm kind of tired of the endless disappointment and discouragement.
