The office is eerily quiet. We all jump on what needs to be done and then it's done and we're looking for more. Not much planning, no volume. Our partners around the world are all in the same quiet tense little boat. People (most) are definitely being nicer to each other.
I have no patience lately for my fellow yogis in class. I watch myself leave my body and posture and walk over to the guy behind me and tell him to either practice yoga or leave the room, but don't stay in this room in half a posture picking things off your face and cleaning under your finger nails. It's just not respectful. And it's gross.
Also, if you are 6 foot three, do not casually put your mat between two others when there is only about 4 feet. Because where will you put your feet? Your outstretched arms when we're on the floor? How can you be so blind to others?
I'd also appreciate if certain teachers didn't phone it in.
Tomorrow, I'm getting a new spot.
