May. 22nd, 2009 07:33 pmI was hanging outside with Andrea, talking getting some air, and saw and chatted with a few of the neighbors who were all there on Monday. It's so surreal, we greet each other with hugs, and I say things like, thank you so much for what you did, and they say things like, it is so good to see you here. Here. And we look at each other with wide deep eyes, looking in and seeing and saying so much more, some kind of life affirming communications going on, we don't even know the words to convey, but we all know what we're feeling collectively.
I love Fred. He's the man. He's the one who yelled, Where are you? And heard me when I screamed my address. His yelled out question saved me. He's the man. He's funny, smart, loving, gay, black, has dreadlocks.
They'll be partying all weekend, I'll go over for sure. Make as much noise as you want guys, I love them all.
